How to prepare salad
Ingredients:

2 large boiled eggs
lettuce
diced boiled potatoes
carrot
baked beans
mixed sweet pepper
celery
sardine
spring onions
cucumber
salad cream
mayonnaise
thousand island
tomatoes
Method

1 Wash ready all the vegetables
2 Cut them into nice cubes or small pieces as desired
3 Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and dry in a kitchen towel
4 Use your hand to roughly break the lettuce into nice small chucks in the salad bowl
5 Add (sprinkle) some of the tomatoes on the lettuce
6 Add some if the celery chops, cucumber, carrots . (all in layers)
7 Add the diced boiled potatoes, add the mixed pepper, add some of the spring onions
8 Add some sardine chunks
9 Continue with all the ingredients in the layers nicely.
10 use your egg slicer to cut the egg and arrange the sliced eggs nicely on the very top as a garnish
11 Spread a generous amount of salad cream, mayonnaise, and thousand as desired.
12 Can be served with bread as a sandwich, bread, with jollof, rice etc.
